Cottier Apartments is an award winning design and construct project consisting of 112 apartments over three lots for the Housing Authority. The apartments were delivered in an effort to alleviate the current shortfall in affordable accommodation in the South and Port Hedland areas. Works included land subdivision, extensive service relocation and built form construction as well as extensive landscaping, common leisure areas, roads and car parking. Stage One saw the construction of the first 44 apartments, with stages two (36 additional apartments) and stage three (32 additional apartments) to be completed in the future.
