  • Crown’s New Meridian Room Awarded PC
    We achieved Practical Completion on our Crown project on 8 December 2016, finishing stage 2, the main gaming floor expansion, in a little over 8 weeks. We commenced works on this project during the Christmas period 2015 and despite being awarded a significant amount of additional work throughout the contract, the project was completed ahead of time for both major milestones.   • Works commence on Forrest Hall
    JAXON has commenced work on the $16M Forrest Hall project for UWA.  Named after philanthropists Andrew and Nicola Forrest, whose $65M donation through the Minderoo Foundation, in 2014 made the project possible.   • New Work: Jurien Bay Path Extension
    The Civil division has picked up another project in the Turquoise Way Path Extension. The work is to complete a 6km extension to a 3m wide path through the sand dunes along the coast south of Jurien.  The works will be completed over a 12 week duration and will commence in early November....
  • JAXON Property obtains DA for first apartment development
    JAXON Property has recently obtained Development Approval from the City of Cockburn on our first apartment development, for the Group. The development, which will be known as 19 Storybook Way, contains 28 apartments comprising a mix of one bedroom one bathroom, two bedroom two bathroom and three bedroom two bathroom units.   • JAXON Civil wins another Contract
    JAXON Civil has picked up another contract, the upgrading of Entrance Road to the North Bannister Resource Recovery Facility. The upgrade works will be carried out during October and November 2016.   • Civil division on Metro ISA Panel Project
    JAXON Civil recently won a tender for the Metro ISA Panel contract which means they are now on the Panel to deliver road works in the Metro Area of Western Australia.   • Civil division secures Shoulder Grading Contract
    JAXON Civil secured more work with DownerMouchel to undertake roadworks along Roe Highway, Albany Highway, Southwest Hwy, Great Eastern Hwy and Great Eastern Highway bypass. The work involves reconstruction of 21km of road shoulders and will need to work a combination of day and night shifts due to peak traffic volumes.   • Quattro Project Reaches Practical Completion
    Practical completion was achieved on 1st August for our $50 million Quattro Residential development in Hedland. Design and construction of the three-storey apartments/ commercial building commenced in August 2014. The project, comprising of 55 townhouses, 20 apartments and three commercial tenancies was designed by Whitehaus Architects (formerly DCPM) for the client BHP Billiton Iron Ore.
