    Last week, JAXON handed over Imogen Estate Stage 1 to GM Property Group. The work completed by JAXON included all earthworks, retaining walls, underground services, roads and footpaths for the 24 lot residential subdivision.     We have received our formal Letter of Intent for the Botanical Apartments in Subiaco.  The $25m lump sum apartment project is a great win for JAXON.
