Following subdivision approval from the WAPC in November 2016, Local Development Plan approval from the City of Rockingham in February 2017 and an active pre-sale campaign, JAXON Property are formally in a position to appoint JAXON Civil for and on behalf of WA Property Investors to undertake the sub-division works on the 250 Secret Harbour.
It is anticipated that works on site will commence towards the end of September with Practical Completion scheduled pre-Christmas. Interest in the lots has been strong and we anticipate this will only increase once construction on site gets underway.
This is an exciting next stage in the development of the related party owned Secret Harbour land. The works will be managed by Ryan Barnett from a Property perspective and Matt Boynes on the Civil side.
The next phase following sales and settlement of the individual lots will be the development of the 2,500m² apartment or grouped housing site.
